Absolutely fantastic. I was looking for professionals who could manage my property it’s little or no input from me. They had my property rented in under a week at more than I had been able to get for the property. They are super responsive and their rates are incredibly reasonable. Very professional. Highly recommend.

A friend recommended we use the Washington Property Group for our property in Northern Virginia. I couldn't be more impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail shown by Donika and her colleague Ted throughout the process of listing our property and eventually finding tenants, all within 30 days. Five stars all the way! I was initially impressed by Donika's punctuality: we agreed to meet for our initial consultation at 2PM and she arrived 5 minutes prior - details matter! This quickly set the tone for the level of professionalism and follow-through I've come to expect from WPG. Donika led a team of renovators who professionally prepped and cleaned the property, took professional pictures, staged, listed and showed the property to prospective clients. Following our initial consultation, Donika conducted a market analysis and recommended pricing to reflect current housing snd market trends. Of course, any property management company can perform these tasks, but WPG stands out for the soundness of their advice, the quality of their work (kudos to the photographer) and outstanding communication. I previously used another property management company for the same property several years ago. I therefore have a good baseline of what to expect from a property management company. WPG has surpassed my expectations every step of the way; I enthusiastically recommend them and I'm glad to be their client.

WPG has been managing our property in Frederick, MD for almost two years. We are absentee landlords and during that time they have had to take care of repairs, bill and insurance payments, regular communication with us and the tenants and other issues. They have proven efficient, responsive and responsible and we are very happy with and grateful for their services.

WPG has an outstanding team. They found an outstanding, high-caliber tenant within three weeks at a monthly rent that was higher than I had been able to achieve on my own based on their data and experience. They handled everything from start to finish in a most professional way.....photos, lockbox, publication of ad, agent communication and final lease. I would recommend them highly!

WPG was recommended to me 6 years ago when I was relocating to Europe. Throughout the years they have been a true partner and produced consistent and positive results for my investment property in MD. They maintained 100% occupancy since i hired them which is one of the main reasons why I would recommend them without reservations. They were also a great help with protecting my property by performing regular inspections and were able to provide reliable and cost effective maintenance when needed. As an absent owner i am very grateful to have WPG in my corner!

Very responsive, professional-they take care of everything, very pro-active too. It’s a single-stop, worry free management team- they have the contacts for everything. Last tenants left during the beginning of Covid-19 when everything got closed-they cleaned, painted and changed carpet, and found new tenants without me stepping foot in the house, with just couple weeks between the two.

This is a great company. We have been with them for over 3 years and they have taken extremely good care of our properties. Our tenants have stayed for long periods without disruption and when something was needed, Donika was quick to respond. Response to our tenants has been quick and  the tenants have always been able to get help quickly. I especially like to monthly statements- easy to read and all  supporting information is there. Donika was a pleasure to work with…very consistent with a great attitude.
