Before photos
Plan repairs before listing your rental
We review the home's condition and talk through practical steps to get it rent-ready. We can refer vendors when work is needed. You can use your own vendor, and larger work needs your approval with at least two estimates for bigger jobs.
You pay for work on the home. For example, with a $100 toilet repair, you pay the repair bill and we charge no separate fee to arrange it. If WPG fully manages a non-HVAC preparation project over $2,000, a 15% project management fee may apply under agreed terms; see the project fee conditions. Physical staging and renovation are not included in the monthly management fee.
Listing and showings
Photos, listings and showings for your rental
We arrange professional photography, list the home and handle enquiries, showings and applications. Digital staging or drone photos may be options when useful. Neither includes physical staging.
While the home is listed, weekly reports show enquiries, requested and completed showings, and applications.
