The monthly minimum applies only when rent is collected. There is no management fee during vacancy or while rent remains unpaid. If back rent is collected later, the corresponding management fee may apply then. Review your agreement for the terms of your property.
Leasing guarantee
When you follow WPG's agreed pricing and marketing advice, if your property takes longer than 30 days listed to rent, we keep marketing and working to place a tenant without an additional leasing charge until it is rented.
The ordinary placement fee still applies when a tenant is placed: 75% of the first month's rent with management, or 100% for leasing only.
