Tenant Placement or Full Property Management?

Tenant placement helps get a renter into the home; full property management continues after move-in with rent, tenant communication and property care. The choice is where you want the manager's work to stop.

What tenant placement helps solve

If finding a tenant is the part you want help with, ask about preparing the listing, handling enquiries and showings, reviewing applications and completing the lease handoff. WPG offers leasing without monthly management. Confirm the exact handoff and included work in your agreement.

What continues with full management

After move-in, WPG's continuing service covers rent collection, tenant communication, inspections and repair coordination. Your named manager is the main contact, and the portal keeps documents and work orders available. That ongoing help matters if you do not want to coordinate the home yourself after placement.

Decide which rental tasks stay with you

With leasing-only help, ask who takes over tenant messages, rent collection, repairs and records after the handoff. With continuing management, ask which applicant and repair decisions come back to you. WPG leaves the final tenant choice with the owner; repair approval follows the agreed limit.

Compare leasing-only and management fees and terms

Leasing-only has a different placement fee from leasing with management, and management adds a monthly charge when rent is collected. Renewal terms are separate. Review the published pricing and the agreement together rather than assuming the same work is included in both paths.
