Recent similar homes that actually rented give a better starting point than asking prices alone. WPG considers the home's type, size, condition and updates, then watches enquiries and showings while it is listed. A price that looks attractive on paper can cost more if the home sits vacant.
Your choices during leasing and repairs
WPG shares its screening findings and recommendation; you make the final tenant choice. You also agree in advance on which repairs can proceed without a separate approval. Larger work needs your say, and your manager and owner portal keep the property details available to you.
